We take care of Inspections required at Vendor’s location or Project sites leaving the client to concentrate on their core business.

Overview Of The Process

At BAI we do In-depth study of the required documents needed for inspections, executing the inspections as per client’s requirement, preparing comprehensive Inspection Report and submitting to buyer within stipulated time. Be it any geographical location our inspection report with pictorial presentation gives vivid explanation of activities undertaken, Observations, Shortcomings, discrepancies to help client make decisions for the goods to be procured by them.

Step 1: Asking for required information from the client

• Contract documents (LC/ PO/ PI or any other document)
• Buyer approved ITP (detailing parameters to be inspected / reviewed, sampling Plan, Reference standards & Drawings)
